If you are looking for good customer service and feeling the joy of being a bride, DO NOT USE THIS STORE. I went to them for a dress, placing a deposit on one and changed my mind. When I went back to get a 2nd dress to change into from them they were so horrible. Since they had my money already they could care less about being helpful. When I finally did decide on a dress I ordered it 5 months before my wedding. The dress was not delivered till 4 days before my wedding and they were rude and gave me the run around constantly. Maryanne is rude and unprofessional!! How they stayed in business till now is a shocker. Please save yourself the grief and unneeded additional stress. I went to RK bridal for my dress, and although it is a bigger store, they are wedding professionals. Have a was bigger selection and are happy to help a bride find the most important dress she will ever buy in her life. LADIES YOU ARE WARNED!

This place is really, really poorly run. About a year ago, I looked here for a bridal dress, but decided against it because everything was so unorganized. This time I had to go back for a bridesmaid dress and it was a totally mess. PROs: The dress was the right dress and very beautiful CONs: Incredibly unorganized and poorly run business - bring your patience if you decide to shop here, no one answers the phone nor emails. Made an appointment to try on the dress at 11am on Saturday and get fitted for alterations. No one showed up to the store until 11:35am and there were about 8 people waiting. When the owner got there to open the door I wanted to grab the dress and leave but they insisted they had to charge me $75 for the remaining balance of the dress (even though I had already paid it). I also spoke to the bride afterwards and let her know what happened. She informed me that she had to wait over 30min to pick up and pay for the other dresses that she was sending out of town. Overall, every one in the bridal party had a very frustrating experience. RECOMMENDATIONS: The owner needs more help, would make sense for her to have a full time employee just dedicated to making reservations (i.e. picking up the phone) and dealing with billing. It's crazy that none of her employees can make credit cards sales, which causes the owner to constantly go back and forth between stores. Definitely not how I would run a business! I would AVOID this store at all costs!!

I went there to shop but my cousin ended up buying. She picked a dress that i felt was extremely outdated. (Imagine a quinceanera dress in satin) Mariann (M) the owner offered 1k w/ alterations. Frankly, we paid (M) 1k to take an old dress off her hands!!! During 3 fittings... 1) We arrived promptly at 11am. Was not allowed into the store bc the owner was not there. The seamstress was in the basement, she was strictly told not to let anyone in, even if they have an appointment. 2)- There was a miscommunication. (M) thought we would both show up at 6pm that day. Under the assumption that our appointment was at 11am, we arrived AB and she was no where in sight. Her assistant, blamed us for showing up at the wrong time. Did not apologize or take any responsibility for what happened. Insisted that (M) was on her way, we waited over 1.5hrs until her 12pm appointment arrived. 3- (M) was barely on time here. Not much to complain about here. Everything seemed like it was running smoothly... 4- One hour later, (M) assistant arrived on M's behalf. We tried the dress on and found stains still on the dress. She said and I quote, "Maybe you guys did it?!?!" and then suggested that my cousin's 16 year old tattoo on her wrist might be the cause of the stain!! We scanned the dress and found more stains, it was still damp from recently being cleaned and the beadings on the dress were hanging off by the thread. It seems like the just started working on it the night before.

Adrienne's Bridal is extremely disorganized. I arranged an appointment a week beforehand ON THE PHONE and also received an email confirmation. I arrived to confused saleswomen saying that I had not booked an appointment and then who backtracked and said that they double-booked and were busy attending to a bridal party. We would have to wait. One of the bridesmaids from the other bridal party told me that when they arrived, the salewomen were also not prepared and had no idea they were coming. After waiting for about 30 minutes, someone took my friend and I to the bridesmaid store and, after finding a dress that was similar to the one I wanted, left us to go back and tend to the other party. Before I went, I ASKED ON THE PHONE if they had the dress I wanted and they said they did. Instead, I went in and had to fit one "similar" to it. We were there for 20 minutes without anyone helping us. When we decided to get the dress, the woman rung me up and THEN informed me that the dress wouldn't be ready until January, even though I need it before then. She rushed through the order without giving significant details and didn't give us sufficient attention. I would not recommend Adrienne's to anyone who wants a pleasant, calm and relaxed experience picking out dresses.

The most gorgeous dress in the world, and 300 other people agreed with me! As MOB, and a former stylist and PR person for designers, I just have to say that my daughters dress was perfect! She was in seventh heaven on her wedding day, and felt beautiful thanks to Maryann. The workmanship was beautiful, her advice was invaluable, and she is a lady of her word. I'm not sure where why there are any negative comments at all? I would recommend wholeheartedly...nothing to do with pricing, everything to do with quality. Thank you Maryann!

So unprofessional. Insanely irresponsible. Every employee blames the problem on someone else. Just awful. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Adriennes's was the third shop I visited while dress hunting. There was a Jim Hjelm dress that I had fallen madly in love with that I knew they carried, which is why I'd made the appointment in the first place... I knew the dress was way out of my price range, but I just had to see it...so it was beautiful, but not enough to justify blowing the budget... They actually recommended a less expensive dress (jim Hjelm has started a line called "Blush" with dresses that are more casual and less expensive). And it was perfect. (I had done the requisite Kleinfeld's thing--I found it wretched--sales sharks and dismisive of those without a large budget...at Vera Wang, they checked out my ring, and then decided on the level of service they gave me...) we placed the order at Adrienne's and got an email that the dress was in the shop exactly when they'd promised... For my first fitting, the owner of the shop, Maryann, did the fitting herself. She made suggestions and really listened to what I wanted... I've gotten appointments that fit my schedule...and I am wearing a dress that is absolutely perfect for me on my wedding day!

So I've read the other reviews and can only speak to the custom dress process. I was looking for the most spectacular dress at the most reasonable price, and I think I found it at Adrienne's. I dealt with Gina (the daughter of the owner) from start to finish. She designed the dress and oversaw all of my fittings and everything. It was truly a wonderful experience and I loved the final product. I would highly recommend Adrienne's, but I can only recommend it if you are looking for a custom dress.

To make a long story short, my bridesmaid dresses, which were ordered 5 months before the wedding, never arrived. My bridesmaids are now dealing with trying to get their money back from Adrienne's for dresses they paid in full for. My wedding was this past Sunday. After being given the run around for weeks (and reading the newly posted terrible reviews about the store), I ordered dresses from Nordstrom and had them in time for my girls to get altered one week before the wedding. The owner, MaryAnn never apologized nor offered to make-good on the stress or financial burden she caused us. The Better Business Bureau needs to investigate this retail company. They need to seriously revise their customer service plan and ethical practices.
