AMAZING!

Yes, I would go back!

I had a friend getting married in Milan, and I was amazed by the dress. So when I started looking for my dress I wanted something that followed the same design. I found the atelier through the internet, and decided to take a look because the dresses were exactly what I was looking for. The italian design is perfect, and from the time I scheduled my appointment, to the time I received the wedding dress I had the best treatment, and the dress not just fitted PERFECTLY, it was so BEAUTIFUL! I had 2 fittings, and the were very detailed to make sure it looked perfect. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

TERRIBLE experience

No, I would not go back!

The experience from the first day of the fitting to after getting the dress was horrible. The seamstress was clueless on what she was doing, the fit was still very loose. I had ordered a veil and a flower head piece but the veil was over a month late and the flower was never ordered on their end. The sales girl was always late to the appointments and tried to lie to me about the flower by giving me another one, hoping I wouldn't notice. I was rushed to get my fittings done because their seamstress wouldnt be available even though I wasn't comfortable with it. When I went back for a fitting, nothing was done to the dress from the previous fitting. The pins were all still on the dress. On my wedding day the zipper popped open even though the dress was loose. I was told by a couple of other seamstresses that the particular type of zipper breaks very easily. For the price that they charge for the gowns the zippers should be better quality. HORRBILE place to get a wedding dress. Even though the designs are pretty its not worth the stress of dealing with them.
