I went to their site and they do not indicate when the items will ship. I was suprised by that especially when I like to know when my items will arrive.. I saw the same product at Direct Buy Baby, which is now where I do most of my shopping, and shopped there instead. Albee Baby is a great store. I've gotten so many great deals there. They will price match and you can also find a few coupon codes for them online. I actually recently found a cool place that seems to have their most recent coupon codes. http://www.modparent.com/coupon-codes/stores/albee-baby

I ordered two changing pad covers from albeebaby.com. They arrived relatively promptly, but the quality was terrible (full of pills, snags) and they were too big for the mini-changing pad they claimed to fit. I called their customer service number and got no answer, then emailed them about returning the items and never heard back. Finally got someone on the phone and was told that I could ship the covers back (at my cost--ok, fine, that's standard) but then I also have to pay a $5 "restocking fee" for *each* $14.99 cover. So it'll cost me about $15--or 50% of the total original cost--just to return these things. This was my first, and certainly my last, encounter with Albee Baby.

To help present a balanced view of Albee Baby, I'm chiming in to state just how satisfied I have been with Albee Baby. Their prices are unbeatable, delivery has been extremely quick and each of the items that I have purchased have arrived without any surprises. We have purchased four car seats, a double stroller and two pack-and-plays so far and will be setting up our registry soon.

I tried ordering a quinny stroller and a baby walker. After waiting about 10 days from when I ordered the products and the money was taken out of my account I attempted calling, but nobody answered. I then received an email stating that my order was cancelled and refunded. I called them again to see what was going on and the person who answered didn't know. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was sent to "Frank." Frank was extremely rude, when I asked to speak with either a different supervisor or a complaints department he said "there isn't anybody else." I then asked Frank if he was the owner of the company- he paused and then said "yes..there's no one else." I am still waiting for my money!

I have ordered Stokke stroller - and it never arrived. I tried to call multiple times - either no one answered the phone or they told me that they cannot understand why the shipment never left and they will call me back - no one ever called back. It took few phone calls to cancel the order after more than a month of waiting and calling. I wasted 2 months with them waiting for my stroller which was "in stock". There are many other companies and stores with much better customer service.

Shop some place else!!!!! I purchased a stroller package that listed specific items in the package. I did not receive one of the items. I contacted the store via e mail 3+ times and they said they shipped the item. They lied!!! I filed a complaint with the BBB. The general manager again LIED to the BBB about the item and the case was closed. Do not buy anything from this store online. They do not fill the order as it is listed leaving you without important parts needed to use items. The 2 lies I caught them in is very annoying. I read some other reviews saying people had a hard time with customer service. Beware!!

i was told i could see the stroller. drover 2 hrs. waited awhile for service and they didn't have the stroller. they said they would get it in the store the following day. so i could drive back pay another $20 in tolls and more in parking to see the stroller that was susposed to be there. you need to call ahead if you want to see a certain stroller thats on line. they only have a small amount in the store.

I'm an upperwestsider, I've worked in retail and I've shopped at Albee's competition. They are a mom and pop shop, what you see is what you get; if you want uniformity and sales "kids" who don't know anything and spend their time complaining on the floor (yes, Babyâ€™s r Us) shop there. These guys are overworked and understaffed--I know that is no excuse but each time my wife and I have been there they have been extremely knowledgeable. They even delivered a loaner slider/rocker to my house the next day until the one we ordered with the fabric arrives. Yes they are closed on Sunday, yes there are not enough salespeople and yes, their floor space is severely limited compared to Planet Kids--where I will never shop again because of their racism--what is the alternative? Albee's is a good local shop. If we as New Yorkers don't patronage stores like this then they will all go out of business and we will be at the mercy of the big box stores and our selection, not to mention our ability to haggle will be severely limited. Period.
