I was so pleased with my last order that I had to write a review. The owner on the phone spent 30 minutes on the phone with me since I couldnt make it in the store. Stuff like that makes me coming back.

was able to fit all my camera supplies in a Samsonite duffel they carried. Its great. Recommended especially if staying in Roosevelt hotel nearby.

I called to see if they carry London Fog luggage and was transferred to a man who told me "London Fog luggage has been discontinued, they stopped making luggage 50 years ago." He urged me to come in the store, and told me that what I saw online was old luggage, and that I was confusing "online" with "in-store." I told him that he was incorrect, but thanked him for the information anyway. I found the tone is his voice pushy and rude.

I have to say that when I walked into the store, I felt like I would not be able to afford anything. But the sales staff is not pretentious like other NYC outlets. They are luggage connaisseurs who know their trade very well and guide you every step of the way. The store owner, himself, helped me get the best bang for the buck - and I cannot say the same about other luggage stores. In fact, I thought I was buying it from my own dad. They have an amazing selection, but more importantly a marvelous staff!

Delivered as promised. I needed a new travel bag quick and they delivered as promised. I knew what I wanted they had it and the price was fair. I have to purchase some additional items in the near future and intend to shop their again.

the service here was horrible--pushy and incredibly rude and condescending. if they don't want you to purchase $200 garment bags, they shouldn't stock them in the store. also beware that their refund policy is by exchange or store credit only.
