Love the Attention and honesty at SoHo Anne Fontaine

Ladies, if you have a need for beautiful white blouses to go under your business pin-stripped suit or blue suit, here is the store to visit...not only are they white blouses, some are very stylish with wraps here and a tie there...or some special ribbon to add as an accessory...this season, they have some beautiful peacock blue and brownish lace blouses which are amazing....definitely do check it out I would also like to mention that Rosemary was amazing and I loved her assistance, she treated me like I was her favorite client and I just met her! I was here a couple of months ago and found the person who helped me to be too pushy and I didn't want to feel pressured into a sale.

Do NOT shop at Anne Fontaine on Madison

Try to avoid the Anne Fontaine store on Madison. The manager is a very poor example of customer service. I was put in a fitting room with a shirt that was the incorrect size. She told me she would be right back. I waited patiently for 20 minutes and there was no sign of her. No one came into the room. I finally got dressed and walked up front. A sales associate told me that she was busy with other clients. This is ridiculous. Any one she was attending came into the store after me. I made a purchase with another sales person and the manager who was so rude gave herself credit for the sale on my receipt. The many never apologized for leaving me in the fitting room without return for 20 minutes. Everyone in the store was extremely upset with the unprofessional behavior of the manager. You can have the best products but without customer service you will fail.
