I feel sorry for those on Saturday who end their West Village shopping tours ogling tattered Marc Jacobs blazers, browsing through bargain books with cupcakes in their hands. I feel bad they never walk the extra blocks past Bleeker’s Eight’s Avenue intersection up Hudson to my favorite place to compulsively browse & impulsively buy. I detour from my straight shot home to daydream about what I might look like hailing a cab in one of owner/designer Juliana Cho's A-line Hepburn-esq dresses, so feminine and classic yet so hip. Every top she has would look great under a mink or jean jacket and better under one of her fabulous coats. Her true retro fabrics, the quality of construction, the beauties of her pieces, and their eye-catching lines are matched only by their wearability. Feminine without fuss, I find her stuff perfect for all occasions. What’s the point of going all the way down to The Village to flip through racks of clothes you could find at Saks? If you love unique & beautiful clothing, go to Annelore, say hello to the beautiful Juliana. I guarantee that you won’t be disappointed!
