terrible customer service

I've never encountered such unprofessional customer service. I ordered a duvet on their site. It was a different color than it appeared , so I took it back to the store after only 2 days. I filled out an order to exchange it for an item that cost more (they have little in stock). The store clerks kept the returned merchandise though told me they'd have to check with the manager to make sure she would accept the return since it was a sale item. They called to tell me she said no, to come back for my merchandise. I spoke to her by phone and she agreed to accept the exchange after all, and even sent me a receipt by email. The next day called to tell me changed her mind - she was having trouble getting the quilt I'd ordered in exchange and couldn't accept the return after all in any case!
