Yes, I would go back!

i went in the store for my 1st today and i was very surprised to see how crowded it was. the store is full of racks of clothes, shoes, bags, etc., making it extremely hard to get around without bumping into someone. however, i must say when i tried to sell some of my old clothes and shoes the staff was very nice and welcoming. it took 45 mins for my stuff to finally be priced, and when it was i was very disappointed when only ONE shirt from the 3 full bags of clothes i brought to the store to sell, was picked to be bought by them. their excuse was: "our racks are very full', so we have to be choosy". my heart sank!! i had such high hopes & really needed the extra cash but to come such a long way just to get pocket change!! unbelieveable. my expereince wasnt so terrible but if you're trying to sell definitely call ahead to know what they actually are willing to buy from you at the moment.

Would never go back

No, I would not go back!

Below-average selection coupled with the worst customer service I have experienced anywhere in New York. The clerk was so mean, she actually made my college-age daughter cry. There are so many nice places to shop (i.e., Buffalo Exchange--cool people there!), why bother with such nonsense? There is simply no excuse for such horrendous treatment of customers.
