I was denied a discount clearly tagged on an item. The store manager refused to give it to me. I called customer service - twice! - and each time was told someone would respond in two days. The second time I called thy didn't even have a record of the first call! They never called back. I wrote to the CEO and got a voice mail from the Regional f Customer Service Trainer, one Joellen Todd. I returned her call two minutes later and she was gone! Have called three times since then, and no response. It is now more than a month since the incident and no response whatever. It's obvious that customer service is a very low priority for this company. I will never shop there again!
