Getting hitched in a month and I'm most excited about hiring Belle Fleur for my flowers (I'm also excited abut marrying Aaron, in case he reads this!!). I'm so particular and they have been nothing more than wonderful, patient and creative to work with. I'm not the easiest to please, but every email is returned promptly, ever flower they show me is really gorgeous and they are just real professionals. I'll write back in May with more comments, but for now, I think they are awesome.

bellefleur never fails me...got me out of a tight jam over v-day and recently saved my arse with a hard to please client...love this joint!

Their flowers are really gorgeous, but their candles are a must try!! I'm hooked on their fragrances. Their new one in the white patent leather box is unreal, it literally smells like champagne. I bought it at Saks Fifth Avenue.

I personally can 100% vouch for this shop as they designed me & my husband's wedding last year. To all brides reading this review, you should know that there is a reason that Belle Fleur has the reputation that they do - their work is superb and the kind of service that they offer is bar none. I literally interviewed over 8 florists and it's kind of like when you meet "the guy", you just know quality. I got married at The Pierre last May and they transformed that space into a complete garden, with birdcages overflowing with flowers...my friends and family were blown away by the creativity. I barely had a vision and they incorporated all my favorite flowers, including these ruffled Sweetpeas that literally looked as if they were hand made - they matched my ruffled wedding dress perfectly!! I also highly recommend The Pierre Hotel as the prettiest venue, my dress was designed by no other than Vera, Hank Lane Music rocked!, scrumptious cake by Ron Israel & picture perfect photography by Sara Merian.

MY WEDDING WAS LAST MONTH AND I AM STILL GETTING ENDLESS COMPLIMENTS ON THE DECOR. BELLE FLEUR TOOK MY BREATH AWAY WITH THEIR DESIGNS...I CANNOT OFFER MORE PRAISE. THEY WERE SO INVOLVED IN EVERY ASPECT OF DESIGN AND EVERY LAST DECISION WAS SPOT ON PERFECT. I PROBABLY INTERVIEWED 8 OTHER DESIGN COMPANIES WHEN I GOT ENGAGED AND I KNEW FROM THE START THAT THEY WOULD DELIVER...AND BY ALL MEANS THEY CERTAINLY DID.

I'VE BEEN IN FASHION FOR THREE YEARS AND MY BOSS, WHO HAS THE FINEST TASTE, HAS ONLY USED BELLEFLEUR. I JUST GOT A PROMOTION (YEAH!!) AND DECIDED TO TREAT MYSELF TO THEIR FLOWERS EVERY WEEK. I CANNOT BEGIN TO TELL YOU HOW EXQUISITE THESE FLOWERS ARE - THEY BRIGHTEN & INSPIRE MY DAY :)

I wanted to post this so that others searching for a florist will have help making an informed decision. I work in the design and event field so therefore have a lot of experience with florists. Sadly, I found Belle Fleur to fall well short of what you would expect for a florist of their self-proclaimed caliber. When I initially called for my own wedding, I did not mention that I was in this field to see how I would be treated. Not only was I treated rudely and abruptly but my impression after that call was that, with Belle Fleur, you are over-paying for a reputation, rather than creative floral design or good service (which, let's be honest, is very important when you are planning a special event). A call or two to other florists will likely save you significant money - you will also feel like your business is actually wanted and you won't receive the attitude of a vendor who feels entitled. Unfortunately, I found Belle Fleur highly condescending, disinterested and overall abrasive in attitude with their clients.

I just returned from my honeymoon & I cannot stop thinking about all the special details that went into my wedding. I owe a huge thanks to Belle Fleur for creating the most beautiful floral bouquets. The design team really understood my vision and translated it into something extraordinary - I had no idea how gorgeous the reception space would look until I walked down the aisle - the decor literally brought tears to my ears. Not only were their creations original and fresh, but they offered such great advice and stayed within my budget. I highly recommend Belle Fleur!!!

I used them for my wedding and was really not that impressed. Their portfolio definitely seemed run of the mill, and when I talked through what I wanted, they really didn't come up with anything exciting nor innovative. Only when I brought photos of arrangements done by OTHER florists were they really challenged to come up with something that would work. Service didn't blow me away, and for what I spent on my flowers for my wedding day, I really expected more. I went with them b/c they were on my venue's preferred list. In the end the flowers came out beautifully, and they did listen to my requests, but overall, I was not impressed. On top of it all, they used decor that I purchased for the wedding and they managed to take poor care of the props after they were done, which was extremely disappointing.
