By adding lines like Thom Browne, Bamford & Sons, Bontoni, and Edward Greene, Bergdorf Goodman Men has raised the experience and bar in luxury retailing.

Being newer to the city, the first time i went in Bergdorf Goodman (The Women's Store) I thought the store was amazing. What an array of designers and the building is breathtaking... The Men's Store, not so much. Out of all the luxury department stores i find BG men to be one of the worst in terms of service and selection. The service is nothing like you would get at Saks Fifth Avenue, the staff are unfriendly and they look down on so many people who come in the store. They don't even ask you if you need any assistance if you don't look like a rich old man. In my opinion the best bet for men's luxury goods, go to Saks Fifth Avenue, best service and best selection without a doubt.

I am frequent visitor to New York for both business and pleasure. I do buy luxury brands primarily, the fir of the clothes, etc. I have found on several attempts to buy items in Bergdorf for Men, that they have the most rude obnoxious Salesforce on the planet. The wait staff in Paris are much friendlier!!! Please just because you are insecure..don't take it out on the people that pay your wages? Really?
