Robert Bullock - You are SO Fabulous!!!
By BBNYC on 6/7/2010
I was at the point of pulling my hair out when I stumbled upon the Birhbaum & Bullock salon on W25th ... my guardian angel must have been guiding me there!!! I had visited all of NYC's best (or so they say) bridal salons and I was totally fed up with pushy sales people and mediocre dresses! My whole experience with Robert Bullock and the team was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment I made my first appointment to the moment I walked away with my dress I was treated like royalty and really made to feel very special! Unfortunately, there was a small hiccup with my dress when I arrived for my first fitting ... (these things do happen to the best of us!) However, before any panic could even set in, Robert took complete control and the issue was resolved quickly and succesfully. I had my brand new dress in a matter of days and I could not be happier with the outcome. I am testiment to the fact that even if the worst happens, you will be in safe hands! It is truly rare to find this level of customer service in this city and I applaud the efforts and dedication of Robert and Steven for keeping their "bridal experience" in a class of it's own! The gowns are magnificent and you can definately find a gem, no matter what your budget might be. I highly recommend this salon and I will certainly be introducing my friends and any future brides that I meet to the Birnbaum & Bullock team! Thank you Robert!!! You are SO Fabulous!!!
Fantastic Bridal Salon

I probably went to a dozen bridal salons, but none of them - even the most high end brand names - offered the selection and customer service of Birnbaum and Bullock. The fit of their dresses is also unique. I do not have a perfect body, but the first 4 dresses here I tried on all looked and felt incredible. I am a pretty picky, frugal and generally high-maintenance shopper, but they were infinitely patient and worked with me to get the dress exactly the way I wanted and within my modest budget. I feared that the wedding dress shopping process would be frustrating and overwhelming, but instead it has been one of the best parts of the wedding planning process, thanks to Robert Bullock.
Best Bridal Gown Atelier in NYC

I went to A LOT of bridal dress shops (at least 6) and no experience came even close to my experience at Birnbaum & Bullock. Firstly, they have gorgeous dresses that are timeless yet unique. The dresses are made from really beautiful fabrics. Also, they have a wide variety of dresses for every bride's unique style & shape. I'm short & curvy and found a few dresses there that made me feel like a movie star. Secondly, you won't getter better customer service ANYWHERE. I had my appointments with Robert Bullock and other than being really nice, he was very honest in choosing styles that looked good on me. Plus, he showed me dresses all that were in my budget and below. I was not pressured to by a dress at all and was treated like a fabulous bride. Thirdly, for the budget conscious bride, their dresses range greatly in price so any bride could find something great there. I wasn't sure I would find something I loved in my budget (under 2K) and I was really pleasantly surprised with the quality for the prices and the variety.
A wonderful experience!

The showroom is spacious and beautiful. Robert and Steven really know how to make a girl feel special!!!! I bought my dress here at a sample sale and could not be happier about the service or experience. The dress is more than perfect for my body and taste. It was the first of a selection that they brought in for me! They have a great range of styles and sizes. Being towards the plus sized range (ended up with a 12) the selection was much appreciated!
