We dropped off our loving, healthy dog at B&B and two days later she was in the hospital severely dehydrated. She never recovered.

My vet warned me when I told him that I was taking my dog to biscuits & bath for doggie daycare but I didn't listen. Big Mistake. The staff have no experience and leave a room of dogs unattended for extended periods of time. They advertise an onsite vet but that is a complete fabrication. The staff doesn't even take half the dogs out for walks so there is fecese & urine everywhere. In order to reduce the amount of clean up, they don't give the dogs any water. I asked to speak with a manager several times but my calls were never returned!

I highly advise you not to bring your dog here! Everything they advertise is completely false. I paid for cage free boarding but when a member of the staff allowed me to go downstairs I found my dog in a dirty cage barely large enough to hold him. They had not given him his medicine the entire weekend and he had a nasty infected wound on his leg.

Can't even begin to describe how incompetent the management and staff were. In a matter of three days, my dog was severely bitten twice while at Biscuits & Bath doggy daycare. They claim to have an "24/hour on site Veterinarian" but he/she was not available both times my dog was bitten so they just dropped my dog off at my Vet. Every member of the staff tells you something different. Poorly managed, expensive, lots of attitude!

If you plan to use B&B for services other than daycare, I would not recommend them. On three different occasions I've scheduled walks and they failed to come. What really upset me is that I had to call and confirm that they did indeed walk my dog and only at that point did I find out that they hadn't. When I asked for an explanation, they didn't have one. As a business, it's run very poorly and the staff (although nice) is very young and it's clear that this is just a job for them, which is regrettable. For a caretaking business, this place is lacking in a lot of areas and they frankly don't seem to care. If you're considering any other options, as an animal lover and devoted dog owner, I'd highly encourage you to pursue them.

They left my 11-year-old blind Maltese neglected and unattended on the same bed for 5 hours, without water or a bathroom break. I specifically told them he needs attention. When I called, they told me dogs are given water every 3 hours, but mine is BLIND! You have to show him the water. No manager returned my call. When I called 1 1/2 weeks later the receptionist had the gall to place the blame on me. She told me the manager would NOT call me back, we were ONLY talking about 5 hours, that I should have told them what to do for my dog i.e. give him water, take him out, play with him. She told me they have 117 dogs and 3 levels and it's impossible to look after all the dogs. My only recourse for such bad service was to ask for a refund. She had the nerve to grow indignant, saying that she thought we were discussing the welfare of my dog and not a $50 refund, that she was sorry she wasted her time. So am I.

I have been looking all over for a place for my energetic puggle to play and I am pretty sure that I've found my holy grail. She loves going to Biscuits & Bath and playing with all of her friends and always comes home exhausted and happy- which lets me know that she has been playing all day. I love that they take pictures of her playing (it really brightens my day at work!). I would not hesitate to recommend them to any "parent" who's pet enjoys the dog run (it's like a big dog run inside).

I use Biscuits & Bath every day. I'm really suprised to hear the bad experiences that others have had as I found the staff really helpful and friendly. They know my girl by name and greet her with belly scratches every morning. Yes, she has come home with scratches every so often, however it's never anything serious and the atmosphere is essentially an indoor dogrun, so I don't find that all that suprising. The important thing is that she LOVES it. she drags me in every time we walk by and wiggles with her whole body when we see staff around the neighborhood. overall- it's a little pricey, but worth every penny for having an exhausted, happy, pet at the end of the day.

I recently took my puppy to the UWS location, only to come back with a shaved headed, cut up dog and $183 in medical bills. They let a pit who was just in a fight stay in the dog run and it attacked my dog. They called me to tell me what happened but my puppy was fine, just some scratches. Not feeling right about it, I went back a few hours later only to see her head bleeding and her scared to death. They never called their "24 hour on call vet". Apparently the vet is only their to make suggestions and not treat the dogs. The assistant manager Anthony was rude and very quick to mention that it wasn't their fault (leaving a dangerous pit in with the dogs isn't their fault??) and that they will not pay for the vet bills. The manager, Aaron, was just as smug and condesending. How they didn't call their vet is beyond me. I now have a puppy who is on antibiotics, pain killers and a shaved head. SHAME on them. How they stay in business is beyond me.

Have used both the 2nd avenue and the old 45th location and have repeatedly picked up my dogs dirty and soiled. Their billing service is spotty at best, outright aggravating at worst. Unless you are a celebrity or rich, don't expect any good service. Never ever have them keep your credit card on file. Ever.
