bad service

No, I would not go back!

I went in to buy a product to color a piece of metal. They sold me a pen which should do so. It didn't and ruined the piece, as the color didn't stick and rubbed off. Resulting in me having to pay over $100 to get the problem fixed. When I went back to return the pens and tell them what happened, the manager was rude and told me they are not responsible and his co-workers took an "estimated guess". And i used the pens and they would not take them back. If you don't know what you are talking about, don't tell people what to buy...

Yes, I would go back!

I just had to tell someone why I love The Art STore. There is not a time I shop there that the staff isn't friendly and I can get whatever I need quickly and easily. Why others bother to go to the others is beyond me. I really like that they always have new stuff in there too. today I saw some bags from Timbuktu, way cool...
