Bloom is one of the most expensive flower shops in the city. With that you expect a certain level of service. I ordered valentines day flowers a week before valentines day and confirmed with them twice that they would be delivered on valentines day. I got a call on the 14th at night saying my order came back to the store and how embaressed they were and felt so bad. and would send them the next day... the next day they NEVER sent the flowers again.... When i called they said they had no excuse. They said they would send me a complimetary arrangement and now are saying they will not. DO NOT USE THEM!!! Service does NOT match the price.

I bought two end tables from Bloom. While I am pleased with the tables, I am appalled at the incompetence and rudeness of the staff. From being pressured into making a decision on the pieces the very day I inquired about them, to being promised a designer discount they later denied having offered (after charging me full price), to their forgetting to get my address and letting the pieces sit there for several weeks until I called back to inquire about their whereabouts, and finally, hanging up on me when I finally expressed my frustration with their demeanor and total lack of customer service, I'm honestly shocked this place does any repeat business. Sure, go for their flowers, but steer very clear of their home accessories and especially of their certifiably bananas staff.
