Went on a Sunday, they opened late. Bought an expensive stove; promised delivery - it never came. Threatened to cancel order; promised delivery again - it never came. All that happened was my credit card was charged, but almost two weeks later, I have no stove. I'd rather cook on a fire in my backyard than buy anything from this sleazy operation. Avoid them like the plague!!

I went to purchase a 20 inch range (studio co-op apartment). they were helpful but when it came to delivery they "LOST" my address, then they said there was police activity on the roads. They also keep you on hold when you have a problem and then hang up on you. If you buy and can deliver yourself GREAT. if you need it delivered GOOD LUCK and BEWARE

This place is no nonsense with the best of NY
attitude. The people who run this place are wonderfully strange, and each person is different, ethically, racially, weird , wonderful, you will not feel like a freak here, or maybe you should be to get what you want.. whatever, I am super happy they are here.

The people there are rude, the phone service is awful and the prices are not the best. Why would you go there when there are so MANY other options in NYC like Gringer and Sons on 2nd and 1st ave. They are a little busy too but at least helpful and NOT rude.

Nothing more to say. Mr. Good was our saleperson and he turned out to be Mr. Bad/Useless. They promised us our appliances and called the day delivery was due to tell us they had never ordered them. This was SIX weeks after we ordered the appliances from them. Our contruction is now delayed 2 months since we have to order from another supplier. On top of it all, they were rude when we expressed our frustration and now refuse to refund us our money! Never going back - the absolute worst!!!!

This company has failed us in every respect. We ordered multiple high-end kitchen appliances (Miele, Sub-zero, Viking)well in advance, so that we would have them by July 4. Not only were the appliances over 2 weeks late, but they were missing parts and did not work properly. After over 50 phone calls over 2 monthes time they still have not corrected their mistakes. They also charged the balance of the bill to our credit card with out notifying us and refuse to exchange the appliance that arrived damaged.
