I personally like both the 3rd ave and Soho stores However, the Online Bloomingdale's Store is Terrible, Deceiving and totally Unreliable !! I ordered an item in October and waited till November to be told (after I inquired several times) that they did not have the item in stock at all (this is after they ensured me the item would be shipped on October 31, moved back from October 18). When I called the Customer Service and spent more than 2 hrs on the phone with the managers they lied to me that they would: have the same item shipped to me from one of the NYC stores or (the second manager, 2 hrs after I spoke to the first one) that the stores do not have the item I ordered (which is a lie because I personally went to the 3rd ave store). This is by far the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I wasted a whole month, was lied to repeatedly by 2 customer service managers, was offered no compensation for this embarrassment and deception and the customer service did not even bother responding when I emailed them about the managers I spoke to on the phone. Bottom Line is: DO NOT SHOP Online with Bloomingdales unless you wanna waste your time and money, and nerves

I travel a lot and I've found the best customer service in Europe, especially in Spain and France. What is interesting is that usually I shop in New York City frequently and Im always wondering why I feel so confortable in Bloomingdale's and not somewhere else. What I realize now is because when I go to Bloomingdale's Store I have the same feeling when I go to Zara in spain. It's just Bloomingdal'es employees. They are the most amazing people ever any store in New York has. Woa!
