I bought Ugg boots whilst visiting Soho store NY. When I got them back to the UK they were too big so I got in touch with Bloomingdale.com who advised me to sent them back to Bloomingdale Store Returns 59th St 1000 3rd Ave NY. That was on the 14th Nov. My insured parcel was recd in NY on the 20th Nov. I have contacted Bloomingdale.com to ask them to forward my emails to the Returns Dept. They keep telling me they are nothing to do with the stores. I am absolutely appaulled my the lack of after sales service I have received.

I really like the soho bloomingdales better than the larger one. It seemed more organised. Although i was looking for the victoria beckham rock and republic jeans, which they did not have. I noticed that no one jumped up to help me when i asked, the lady just pointed. I went and the top floor with all the juicy, and it was a bit of a mess, although i did like the store because it was interesting, and nice to walk through because i did find many things, the sales were quite good, some of them could have been better. I was very impressed to find half price marc jacobs shoes, and juicy coats on sale. I wish it had more of a selection though. Overall if you are in soho i would definately suggest going to bloomingdales!
