I do not fit the mold of a high-end furniture customer, and had become used to cursory, condescending treatment at other stores. At Blu Dot, I was greeted by both staff members, who allowed me to browse without hovering over my shoulder. But when I had questions, they were knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about the products they sell. Eventually I bought the one-night-stand sleeper sofa. Not only does the couch look great, but I received a handwritten thank-you card from Traci as well as a pair of Blu Dot socks! From now on, whenever I need furniture, I'll look at Blu Dot first.
