Expensive and RUDE Service

I can't express how disappointed I was in the service and outcome of all of the furniture that I have purchased at Blue Bench. Items were sitting in their store for over a week after being delayed and NO ONE bothered to call us. And after calling myself to see where the items were, I encountered an extremely RUDE owner. I was not calling to get anything for free but just expressed my disappointment with the service, and he basically said your items are ready and hung up on me. The workmanship does not equate to the price of the furniture. The overall help with a baby registry did not exist. Not worth anyone's headache.
