Blum's is the worst bra shop I have been to. I have never been so offended or insulted on a shopping experience before. The owner and staff were rude and unhelpful. They also did not know how to perform a fitting properly. I was extremely dissatisfied with the products they sold me and they did not listen when I told the sales associate that the bra did not fit right. The way they treated the friend I had gone with was deplorable. They were a breath away from refusing to size her and made it very obvious they did not want clientele like us in their store. 'Like us' being that we were not the size of a toothpick and have curves. I would have written to the owner or the management, but considering that the owner was the one who acted like this I didn't see the point. Stay away from this store. Unless, of course, you like wasting your time, money, and enjoy being made to feel small and unworthy of a sales associate's time.
