terrible customer service

I ordered some cabinets and fixtures from Boffi Soho and seven months later, after numerous promises and lies, still have not received the merchandise. Over and over they have promised delivery dates, when in fact the items had not even left their warehouse. TERRIBLE customer service. My credit card was charged for half of the cost of these items SEVEN months ago, I still have not received them. They are dishonest and deceptive.
