Yes, I would go back!

Not sure what the other review is talking about with poor customer service. From the time I first called the NYC office until the successful installation of my crib, dresser, chair, and changing table, my experience with Rooms by Zoya B has been a pleasure. I received emails along the way with tracking and payment confirmation (yes, people, furniture is expensive to ship - it's heavy! but it's worth the cost because of the companies they use - everything was perfect, no damage.) Speedy delivery for what we ordered - everything custom! Make sure you take time to visit the beautiful showroom as well - it's like a children's wonderland! I'm telling all my friends and I'm sure my next child will have a "Room by Zoya B" as well.

Yes, I would go back!

Rooms by Zoya B has provided me with the dream nursery for my daughter. From start to finish both Zoya and Francesca were there to help me pick the right combination of pieces for my theme and were in constant contact regarding the tracking and delivery and ultimately the set up. I'm due in three weeks and can't wait to bring my little girl home to her brand new room. It's so elegant but still comfy and welcoming! A++!

Awful Service

No, I would not go back!

I purchased a crib from Rooms by Zoya B and after waiting more than 7 months for it to be delivered was told it would be another month beyond the original anticipated delivery date. When it was finally delivered, their delivery folks left a MESS in my apartment. Despite these aggravating occurrences set back, largely due to a positive experience with one of the sales folks at the store, I planned on ordering a custom bumper through them. When I received the estimate of over $1000 I called to get clarification on how the number was determined was told by the owner "I don't know what you want me to tell you, this actually really isn't very expensive for us." What I wanted her to tell me was how they came to the price - I figured that was pretty straightforward. After asking why, as the owner of a business, she is opting to be insulting rather than helpful - Zoya hung up on me. Needless to say I will be more than happy to take my $1000 elsewhere.
