AWFUL SERVICE

No, I would not go back!

i think the company which is also the same as STrawberrys and pay half, hire just anybody, meaning anyone from the street , no ethics, no manners, ...the managers nor the cashiers are very ingnorant , not only the staff don't care if anybody buys from the store, they will tell it to your face "Go ahead, complain!, i don't care if you do! and we don't care if you buy here, i don't get commission!" those are the exact words, cashier or manager. where did the customer service go???? very sad! ..that is for the company...because more and more people will stop buying from these stores until they do something about their customer service....TRAIN OR REPLACE YOUR STAFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR CUSTOMERS LIKE ME WHO BRING BUSINESS TO THE COMPANY ONLY TO GET AGGREVATED!

Yes, I would go back!

I love shopping in Bolton's. Over the years I've bought designer clothing that I am still wearing and still get complimented on whenever I wear them. I'm not the polyester type consumer. Nothing wrong with it. This is the type of store that you have to shop in regularly as new clothing comes in all the time. They are designer brand clothing lines like Calvin Klein; and the prices are really great. I was there only a few days ago and they had bolero style sweaters. Most of the stores I shopped in were small, (57th Street off Fifth Avenue, Austin Street in Forest Hills NY) but they are clean and well organized. Clothing is never on the floor or thrown around and shoppers seem to be respectful of other shoppers and the stock. If you haven't been to a Boltons give it a try. I am not a store employee or affiliated in any way with the store except as a shopper. I would just hate to lose this store because of all the larger discount stores that have opened up like TJ Maxx drawing in the crowds. I have not experienced poor service at these locations. The associates were very helpful and cheerful.No problem with returns.

Yes, I would go back!

enjoyed the clerk, very cheerful and helpful. Nice selection at affordable rates. great place for dress casual, which is what I was shopping for today. Will definitely go back.
