Worst Shopping Experience

  • No, I would not go back!

When I went to return an item, the manager was hostile and rude, suggesting that I buy something else. She followed customers around accusing them of shoplifting and made rude comments about their figures. The quality of clothes has dropped significantly and many items appear used or ripped. The sales clerks are kind however. I would be embarrassed to carry around a Bolton's bag.
