WHat a fabulous establishment! Can't say enough about the selection and service. Highly recommend.

Mark Ingram Bridal Atelier is the best wedding salon visit I have experienced so far. The establishment is well presented, well lit (crucial especially for wedding gowns) and the sales staff is excellent, giving each and every customer special attention with the highest level of professionalism. Although it is not a place to search for a bargain, the studio boasts a wide selection of fabulous designer gowns. In an industry where customer service and bedside manners can easily be overlooked for a quick sale, Mark Ingram offers a truly unique and special bridal experience.

I got my dress here, and the selection was great, but more importantly, the service was amazing. Both myself and my dress were treated with extreme care. I accompanied a friend several times when she bought her dress at another well-known shop (starts with a K, you know the one), and the treatment was extremely different - especially during the alterations process. Over there, it's a factory, but at Mark Ingram, they take the time to care about you. After seeing how they treated brides and the dresses at K, I was appalled and it made me realize how much better things are at Mark Ingram. That's why I had to write this review.

I just purchased an amazing gown from Rivini during the trunk show. We went on a Friday afternoon and the woman helping us was so nice. She offered to let my bridesmaids sit in an adjacent suite so we could pull back the curtain to add effect for each dress. Mark Ingram himself even made a surprise visit! It was amazing and I can't wait for my fittings.

I was a bride that needed a dress on Monday since I was getting married on Sunday. I called them up and they did scramble to help me when Mark screamed, "This is the girl getting married on Sunday!!" I was giving up since I thought all they had was size 8s and was thinking of where I could have a dress resized and refitted by Sunday when the lady who was assisting me said that they have it in a size 4... When I walked up in the podium wearing it, it just felt like magic, and of course the lady who was assisting me said they have another gown that will fit me, and it did fit like a glove! So for me They have the best selection, service, quality and value when I walked out of there a happy bride with 2 gowns... Thanks Mark and your great staff. I will never forget you guys.

I bought my wedding dress at a Mark Ingram sample sale a few months back. Although I bought it at the sample sale, I paid thousands dollars for my gown, more than many full priced gowns sold at this establishment. I've recently started researching accessories including belts and veils to add to my dress. When trying to make an appointment at Mark Ingram to view accessories, I was told that because I didn't pay full price for my gown, they were not willing to give me an appointment. Apparently, it would be a waste of a sales associate's time to show me accessories when they weren't getting the full price dress sale along with it. They are rude and I regret spending any money there. Do not support this business! They are arrogant and judgmental, and severely lack in customer service.

Four years ago I bought my dress at Mark Ingram. They know what they are doing and I believe my associate was better at her job than anyone I met at any other store. She was experienced, sweet, honest and made me feel very comfortable about the dress. Plus, the salon is very personal and during my final fitting Mr. Ingram came in and said I looked beautiful. The whole experience made me feel even more confidant about the wedding planning because this part set the standard. Ease, grace and beauty are the best words I can think of describe how the salon works.

My mom, wedding planner, and I traveled from MD to NY to hunt for my wedding gown. My first appointment was at Mark Ingram Bridal Atelier. Indira Rivera was my sales consultant and she was FABULOUS! She listened to what I asked for in terms of how I wanted to look and the overall feeling for the entire wedding. She brought out several beautiful gowns and she threw in a "wild card" that ended up being THE ONE! I purchased a beautiful floor-sweeping, ivory silk organza gown by Vera Wang. The experience at Mark Ingram was top-notch. We also had appointments at Kleinfeld and Pronovias that weekend and the service did not compare. Kleinfeld is unfortunately not the upscale bridal salon they once were. The sales consultant actually had the nerve to mention her commission for the Pnina Tornai gown I liked the most. How tacky!! Pronovias was even worse...they didn't have any of the gowns from the 2011 collection that I wanted to try on and the sales consultant acted as though she didn't even want the sale. I couldn't stop thinking about the Vera Wang gown so we returned to Mark Ingram two days later and Indira was ever the professional, allowing me to try the dress on again. She also brought in Mr. Ingram to see me in the gown and he was so delightful. He even gifted me the coordinating Vera Wang jeweled belt and the veil!! I highly recommend Mark Ingram Bridal Atelier to any bride that wants the ultimate experience when selecting the gown of your dreams!
