I just purchased an amazing gown from Rivini during the trunk show. We went on a Friday afternoon and the woman helping us was so nice. She offered to let my bridesmaids sit in an adjacent suite so we could pull back the curtain to add effect for each dress. Mark Ingram himself even made a surprise visit! It was amazing and I can't wait for my fittings.

I got my dress here, and the selection was great, but more importantly, the service was amazing. Both myself and my dress were treated with extreme care. I accompanied a friend several times when she bought her dress at another well-known shop (starts with a K, you know the one), and the treatment was extremely different - especially during the alterations process. Over there, it's a factory, but at Mark Ingram, they take the time to care about you. After seeing how they treated brides and the dresses at K, I was appalled and it made me realize how much better things are at Mark Ingram. That's why I had to write this review.

Mark Ingram Bridal Atelier is the best wedding salon visit I have experienced so far. The establishment is well presented, well lit (crucial especially for wedding gowns) and the sales staff is excellent, giving each and every customer special attention with the highest level of professionalism. Although it is not a place to search for a bargain, the studio boasts a wide selection of fabulous designer gowns. In an industry where customer service and bedside manners can easily be overlooked for a quick sale, Mark Ingram offers a truly unique and special bridal experience.
