IF YOU CAN FIND BETTER, DON'T SETTLE for Carl Place boutique

VERY UPSET AND ANNOYED AND FRUSTRATED THAT ALL 5 OF MY BRIDESMAIDS CAME OUT TO BE THE WRONG SIZES. 2 of my 5 girls are size 0-2, very skinny and they dress came out tight. And the thicker girl had it all loose and needed alterations. Gowns were already over $220 each, why should they make people pay every time there is an error? THis all business. NO reason why they took wrong measurements for EVERY SINGLE GOWN.They measured my cousin at 4 sizes more than she really is! All of the gowns were supposed to be tea-length, the sample fit the girls so well. Their actual gowns, however, came out so long, almost ankle length so we HAD to get them shortened whether we liked it or not. How do you make such errors? For every single maid? Young girls working in there. Most gowns we saw online and located that BR carries- they did not carry. If you can do better in a city store with more choices, go ahead, this is not worth it unless you live in LI and you don't mind making lots of trips back and forth.
You will not get your money's value here

Bridal Reflections on TV and in person, is beautiful. They advertise a wonderful place with excellent customer service. This is exactly what they lack in. A problem arose with an outfit in our wedding party, and there was NO accommodation, just an attitude of 'you paid for it ... next customer!'. There was absolutely no sensitivity shown to the upset bride, whose experience was now ruined. It is truly a shame because otherwise, they would be all that they advertise. When you are paying this much money in a competitive industry, you are really paying for exceptional service. Bridal Reflection's customer service is anything but.

I had called Bridal Relections in Manhattan about a certain Eve of Milady dress that i had fallen in love with. The only problem was that the sample they have is kept at their massapeaqua location! They insisted on sending the dress over to the manhattan store so it wouldnt inconvienence me.I was so suprised they would go out of the way when i wasnt even sure about the purchase, which was a plus. I worked with Salam who was very informative, and knew the designers dresses very well! She even pulled out a veil and really nice earrings that fit the dress to a T! I wasnt ready to purchase just yet, and they never once pushed me to purchase. I had already made my next appoinment for a few month from now just to show my mom and friends the gown but i know i want to get the dress with Bridal Reflections. Thanks Salam! The only thing i had negativly to say about the city store was that they didnt have bridesmaid dresses, but my girls live on the island anyway and both Carle Place and Massapeaqua locations carry them.
Over the course of many years, our experiences have been wonderful!

My daughter's wedding is in May of 2009. Nikki and I have been to Bridal Reflections on many occassions trying to find the bridesmaids dress that would compliment her gown for her special day. At first she thought she had found the perfect dress but since then has changed her mind. Given the late hours Nikki works, she was never able to make an appointment that would allow her enough time to try on the dresses. Very often this would keep here there a bit later than the closing time. Nicole, as well as many of the other young ladies, were ALWAYS understanding and willing to give her the time she needed due to the situation. At no time did we ever feel rushed.Nicole was honest but gracious with her opinion and made Nikki heel good about the decision she made. Their staff is wonderful! I was married in 1981 and my attendants bought their gowns from Bridal Reflections as well. Nothing has changed in the way of service. What has changed is the elegant and tasteful bridal store Bridal Reflections has evolved into!

I had been to a lot of the bridal salons located in the city and by far Bridal Reflections was the most courteous. The salon is beautiful and my consultant Veronica was amazing. I ended up purchasing a St.Pucchi gown, but I had to order it on a rush since I waited a little longer than I should have. The dress came in perfect and my alterations were easy. Everything just went so smooth. Verry happy with them!
Love my Gown!

I shopped at Mark Ingram - Kleinfelds (wedding factory) and and RK Bridal... they are really lower end) I bought my gown at Bridal Reflections in NYC. Christina helped and I loved the ambiance. I was looking for a boutique that was personal. My mom loved it too! I bought a James Clifford dress. The main reason why I am posting tis is because I am a heavy girl and they were sensitive with me and had samples for me to try on that fit. They are custom making me a lace shrug to match. Other salons made me feel like I was too fat to be a bride ( I am a healthy 16).... we cant all be "TV" ready!
I love Bridal Reflections

Bridal Reflections is amazing. The staff are so patient and helpful. They deal with brides day in and day out yet manage to make you feel like you are special. I went in not having a clue what type of dress I wanted and they could not have been more helpful. I tried on many different styles and ended up with a dress that was just right for my body type. I found them to be very professional and thought they did a great job in making me feel comfortable. My husband had tears in his eyes as I walked down the isle and to a large extent I credit the staff at Bridal Reflections for helping me find the right dress and for making sure it was altered to fit me perfectly. I am very short so I'm sure this was a challenge but they sure pulled it off! I highly recommend Bridal Reflections. Not only did they help me but also my maid of honor (I had no other bridesmaids). I've since been recommending them to many friends and family and all have thanked me for the recommendation.
Excellent service and fashion!

I was a bride featured on Platinum Weddings in 2008. My wedding like many other brides became the focus of my life for a year and a half in which a lot of planning, selection of detail and every possible moment went into putting together the perfect day. I was planning the true princess wedding at Oheka Castle. The biggest selection is how the bride will look. Bridal Reflections for my wedding out did themselves. The companys professionalism was outstanding. Words truly are not enough to express how much my venture with the salon meant to me during this special time in my life. I had nothing but fantastic experiences with everyone I worked with. I used the salon to select everything possible for the wedding headpieces, accessories, mother of the bride, grandmother, flower girl and my bridesmaids etc. There was not a section of the salon that I did not utilize and therefore, I feel it is important to say how much I put my faith into this company and would continue to do so in the future. As my whirlwind of a wedding has finally settled, I wanted to take the time to express my gratitude to Bridal Reflections. Their support and kindness was something that no other bridal shop offered to me. Their staff made me feel so special, and their good judgment was so helpful when I was indecisive. I really cannot say enough about them. Aimee

Bridal Reflections helped me and my bridesmaids find our beautiful dresses. Their hard work and dedication was greatly appreciated and the staff was so kind and professional. Bridal Reflections you went out of your way, amazing service.
