Very Rude

No, I would not go back!

I went to the one in Massapequa bc they told me the one in Carle Place did not have anything in my price range and not to bother. They did not let me look for my own dresses, they brought out dresses for me and stayed in the dressing room while i put each one on, I didnt mind this but usually they ask you if you would rather have them help or come in when your ready. The woman just stayed in the room and didnt give me an option, a little uncomfortable. The space is very small and there were 2 other brides also looking at dresses. For a place that is way overpriced and rude , all their dresses are damaged. Lots of them have holes or rips in the them. Not well taken care of. Once the woman saw i was not interested in the dress i was in, she walked away from me and went to help someone else. I was done at this point, all they want is your money. I left and went to Bridal World in Baldwin instead and LOVED it. They were very warm and caring and their prices are GREAT. They let me look around and did not rush me. I found my dress for 750 dollars in perfect condition.

Yes, I would go back!

As my whirlwind of a wedding has finally settled, I wanted to take the time to express my gratitude to Bridal Reflections. Their support and kindness was something that no other bridal shop offered to me. Their staff made me feel so special, and their good judgment was so helpful when I was indecisive. I really cannot say enough about them. Aimee

No, I would not go back!

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE! BEWARE! THEY ORDERED ME THE WRONG DRESS. THEN I HAD TO GO BACK THREE TIMES AND THEY STILL DID NOT FIX IT CORRECTLY. NOW MY DRESS LOOKS HORRIBLE DUE TO ALL OF THEIR WRONG ALTERATIONS. THEY ARE RUDE AND OVERPRICED AS WELL. THEY ARE INCOMPENTENT AND CAN NOT ALTER DRESSES CORRECTLY TO SAVE THEIR LIVES! DO NOT GO THERE BECAUSE THEY WILL RUIN YOUR SPECIAL DAY AND ALL OF YOUR BRIDEMAIDS DAY AS WELL!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE!!!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!! THE WORST!!!
