This store is run by people in dire need of training

If you have credits or gift certificates at this store, I suggest you use them up as quickly as possible. There is no way this store will be able to continue in business in a tough retail market. The help is basically, un-knowledgeable, unhelpful, and completely unaware of policies. After a huge haggle over a return that was a gift purchased on line, I was refused a refund because I was returning it one day past the 30 day deadline, even though I had the original receipt with me. I've not encountered this, ever, in a NYC store of this "so-called' quality. Too many alternatives here to be bothered.
