Yes, I would go back!

find a shop that has all of your favorites is very difficult. every time I go to butter it just gets better and better. now a beagle named ross rules the store which makes it more of a treat to check it out.

Yes, I would go back!

this store embodies the "less is more" aesthetic. I much prefer to buy elegant, non-trendy, simple and unusual pieces. Eva picks the best of the best, from well-prices American Vintage t's to other designer goods. this store is fabulous.

Yes, I would go back!

I'm new to the neighborhood, having recently moved here from Berlin. Butter reminds me of my favorite stores from home, the understated, intelligent design, reduced colors and general aesthetic of the store. Beautiful selection of jewelry and great shoes. I found the service to be warm and friendly there as well as in their store next door, (which is a little easier on the budget.) I'll definitely be a regular.

Yes, I would go back!

The owners have very specific taste so I generally know what I'll get at Butter. Simple, stylish and interesting, but not too trendy, clothes. My only complaint is that the owner, Eva, can be a bit intense i.e. it sometimes feels that she is pushing merchandise. Overall, I'm glad that they are in the neighborhood and I can always count on them for great shoes and basics.
