VERY GRATEFUL CUSTOMER
By mommyritaf on 2/26/2012
I just watched the video on Third Generation Businesses. It was great. All the love and dedication you have for each other and the business is a reason for your longstanding success. You have been repairing my watches for several years, this time the band on my gold Cartier watch was broken. Cartier said it had to be replaced. You were able to repair it, and send it back. It's as good as new. I am thrilled. Thank you so very much.
Horrendous Customer Service and Expensive
By New_Netherland on 12/6/2011
I've been going to Cartier for cleaning and new bands for years and thought I'd give this store a try. Mistake! I brought my Cartier Tank (purchased at Cartier's 5th Ave store) there for a new band and the rude lady at the counter's first (LOUD) sentence was "This isn't a REAL Cartier, is it?" WTF?! That's the first thing you say to a new customer? They are also as expensive as the official Cartier repair shop. I'd say you'd be better served elsewhere.
Vintage Rolex Repair and Service
By stephenroberts on 12/30/2008
I had my 1965 Rolex Speedking cleaned and serviced here after I bought in online. This shop was recommended to me first by someone who used them for other Rolex vintage watches. I had no problems at all and will try them again after buying a vintage chronometer online that needs more substantial work.
My favorite watch repair shop in New York

I'm a serious, but very cost-conscious, watch collector. I have been going to the Central Watch Band Stand for years now and have always been impressed by their service and professionalism. They also have a level of passion and knowledge about watches that people at big stores do not, and if they don't always have the fastest service they are always very conscientious.
