I ordered a pair of shoes to ship to canada and was told that they would be out that night and in my hands within 5 business days. After more than 5 business days I called and got a run around from Elizabeth. I found out from the delivery company that my shoes were picked up a week after I purchased them. The staff totally lied to me. I called Elizabeth and told her how upset I was and she offered to send out a free gift to make it up to me. SHE NEVER DID. I called back to ask when she sent it out and she passed me off to someone else so they could take down my address ONCE AGAIN. It has been over 2 months and I have still not received anything. I would never order from this store again. Don't make promises you don't intend to keep! Horrible service.

I love the staff there Elizabeth & Michael are great, I visit the store & always leave happy that I got the service I deserve, I have asked Elizabeth several times for certain shoes I have desired and she has went out of her way to email me pics on more than one occasion, its a store I would continue to go to. I always leave with more than I intended, the staff gives you time to search for what you really want & I enjoy it, I can spend a lot of time there just trying on shoes, Let's face it the shoe sells itself Thanks

I happen to be a loyal customer of Louboutin but have always purchased my shoes either at Barneys or the Madison store once it opened, but my husband took me to the one in Horatio st. in hopes to find a pair I could not find in the other stores and the help in the store was beyond terrible. I found the pair of shoes but the young ladies in the store would not get off the phone or stop chatting to one another. I was not greeted once I entered the store as I always am in Madison. To get them to get the shoes for me was like to ask them to pay for the shoes I wanted. I bought the shoes, but however I never noticed one of the heels was crooked, so I returned the following day to exchange them and the girls lied about having another pair. until a young man there exchanged them for me. The shoes are amazin but the I am sure NEVER to return to that store AGAIN!- mind you the shoes were $1300

What a wonderful shopping experience. After searching high and low for the right pair of shoes for my wife, I came across the CL store on Horatio St. The staff was pleasant and accomidating. When I told them it was a present for my wife for the weekend, the store manager rushed the delivery of the proper size to his store to meet my deadline. Bravo Micheal! The salestaff model Christians footwear and couldnt be sexier. Since my 1st shopping experience, I have since returned to purchase my wife additional pairs and have recommended many friends to this very quaint and personable shop. Who knows, you may even get the same pleasure I had of meeting Christian himself while enjoying a very pleasant shopping experience. Thank you so much!

I love Christian Louboutins! HOWEVER, this location's workers were not helpful or accommodating. I walked in and no one greeted me so i began browsing. One worker was on the phone chatting it up and another worker stood right in front of me having small talk with another customer- not even a hello. After about 5 mins of browsing, i approached a worker about a pair of shoes in my size. i have other louboutins so i didnt bother trying them on. so after i made the purchase i left. When i got home i found out this particular style runs small :-(. i called the next morning and asked if they had another size and they said no but i should call the madison or beverly hills store. most stores- especially if youre spending almost $700 on shoes- will try to accomodate you and help you find them- call the other stores, etc... But not in this case. i was shocked. i live around the corner from the boutique but will buy them from another boutique or store next time I need to make a purchase.
