Good place to go for a not so commercial gift

I buy gifts at Christopher Fischer. They usually have very reasonably priced products for everyone - baby blankets, baby sweaters, scarves, socks, gloves...Recently they added a secondary line with an orange label. These sweaters tend to be on the lower priced side - $150 to $200. Not bad considering you're getting a better luxury product than say - JCrew. I think this place is great when it comes to buying gifts. As for purchasing it for myself? My style tends to be a little more downtown street...Christopher Fischer is reliable for more classic, basic, and sometimes mature styles.

I love this stores as you can get well-priced cashmere sweaters for everyone in the family-- including adorable cashmere baby gifts -- so cute. Plus they carry great handbags and belts!

I happened to past by this store and decided to have a look. What a suprise! Totally affordable, clean simple, and sometimes trendy cashmere sweaters. The sales people ignored me at first, but soon after they were very helpful once I showed interest.
