Best Caterer in NYC
By frannysullivan on 7/18/2010
The Cleaver Company catered our early june weddingin Beacon, NY and we cannot say enough good things about Cleaver Co! They were just AMAZING. All of our guests remarked that the food was the best wedding food they had ever tasted; people are still talking about it. (My husband and I ate leftovers for weeks because the incredibly thoughtful staff were kind enough to pack us a care package.) The passed hors d’oeuvres were incredible-bacon-wrapped almond stuffed dates, the freshest yummiest summer rolls ever, samosas that, we later heard, made everyone just freeze in joy and awe, and on... We had a buffet-style dinner and every dish was perfect- from the barbeque beef to the ice-cream sundae bar they put together to revive us midway through the reception. In terms of staff, the two women running the show could not have been more professional and organized; they made every crazy organizing detail look easy. They took especially good care of us, the bride and groom, and the older members of our family, always stopping by to see if we needed anything. Cleaver Co also took care of other details for our wedding- bus transportation, flowers, decorations, port-a-pottys- with ease and professionalism that is unrivaled. They understood our taste and style perfectly, and created details that made our wedding simply look stunning and perfectly representative of the bride and groom’s taste.
