The sales people at the 58th Street Container Store always go out of their way to be helpful. They are clearly happy to be working for the company and their enthusiasm translates into superior service. My closet design experience was excellent and economical; I shopped during the Elfa sale. The store (and website) also mount occasional sales on a selection of their other products, which are often as beautifully designed as they are useful. Best time to go is probably mornings and evenings. Highest recommendation!
