We have an 18-year-old cat with CRF who needs to be pilled daily. He is a very shy, skittish animal, but Valerie and Karen pill him with no problem. We are completely confident in their reliability. They understand cats and their freaky ways. Valerie is tech saavy β€” she texts and emails or phones with updates if desired. She is careful to have owners call as soon as they leave and on their return. Our cats seem so relaxed and happy when we get home, even after we're gone a week! Critter Outfitter is a fun, packed pet store with a great selection of pet-healthy products. Valerie always has great recommendations, and extensively researches products before putting them in the store. I highly recommend Critter Outfitter. They're great.
