CROCS ARE A CROCK and the Customer service sucks

No, I would not go back!

I bought a pair of the Korea Crocs around late June. Last week I discovered a hole in the bottom of the sole. I went to the Soho store where I bought them and explained to the saleswoman that they were less than 3 months old and I was not happy that this should happen. She told me that they no longer carry that style but I could find something for the same price and exchange it. I spent a half hour and found something and brought it to her. She said she didnâ€™t know how to ring it up, she would be right back. Then a man who said he was the manager says to me, like I was crazy, â€œI canâ€™t take these back, they are worn.â€ I explained that they were less than 3 months old and the other salesperson said I could. He said well he was the manager and I couldnâ€™t. I said so basically you are saying that I spent $50 on disposable shoes that I need to replace every 2 months, he said yes. If I wanted disposable shoes, I would have gotten Croc knock offs at Payless for $9.99. He said he can offer me 20 percent off any new Crocs, Why would I spend more money at this store?
