I am surprised they are still in business

DataVision may have speedy delivery, but they have to have the worst customer service on the internet. After recently purchasing Ultra hard drive enclosures from DataVision one of them did not work. I tried several different things, including contacting the manufacturer, to get the enclosure to work. I sent several emails to Data Vision trying to get some assistance and received no response from their poor customer department. When I was finally able to get them agree to allow me to return the item I had to pay the shipping to return the hard drive enclosure. What amazed me was that in addition having to pay to return the defective enclosure they would not refund the original shipping cost. DataVision's service truly sucks. Stay far away from them.
