Deceptive advertising online

Purchased a product online from Buy.com, unfortunately it was filled by Data Vision and they sent the wrong product. Apparently, the picture that's advertised online is not the correct product for the SKU number listed and Data Vision customer service representative supervisor "Mike" refuses to admit this is their error and will not give a complete refund for the product since the product I received has the same SKU number as listed on the order form (although looks nothing like the product image listed online). Beware of DECEPTIVE advertising and don't expect help from the customer service line. The man who answered the customer service phone line constantly interrupted me and wouldn't answer my questions.
