I actually was given a Tiger Eye ring for my birthday 2 years ago and since then loved their jewelry. When I was shopping for my wedding band I went to a dozen places to try on rings but decide to stick with David Yurman due to the quality of there work and reputation. I went 6 months prior to my wedding to buy my ring. The sales rep that helped me on my purchase suggested I should purchase a size 8 ring because in the summer my hand will swell up. Again I am no ring expert so I relied on the sales rep expertise. I bought the ring they recommended. One month prior to the wedding I tried on the ring and I still wasn't happy with the way it fit me. I went back to the store and they re measured my finger and agreed the ring was too big. They had suggested a 7 1/2 would fit just fine. After my wedding I notice the wedding band would fall off while I was either taking a shower or washing dishes. I called the store before I went away to my honeymoon and informed them of the issue. I left all my contact information and they said they would follow up with me when I got back from my honeymoon. A month went by and I never heard back from no one at the store so decided to go in person. I was polite about the situation but stressed how frustrated I was going back and forth with the ring nightmare. The sales rep who helped me in the men's department stated that they did nothing wrong. That was not the answer.

David Yurman is supposedly a high end jeweler, but after just four months of wear a stone on a piece I owned came lose. The flagship store on Madison deemed it wear and tear and charged ME $60 to pay for it to be fixed. AFTER FOUR MONTHS! I probably only wore it ten times. The customer service is terrible, the quality is terrible and this has completely ruined my view of Yurman. Jewelry has a 200% mark-up as it is. Don't charge me because you didn't make a quality piece of jewelry in the first place. RIDICULOUS. Save your money and go someplace else.

Recently visited your NYC boutique and purchased a stunning Pietersite mens ring. Excellent service and quality - I highly recommend a visit.

Great for selection. Lousy for bargains. Snooty, pushy help. I'd go to see, touch, feel - then bid on eBay.
