HORRIBLE experience

No, I would not go back!

My friend recently got married and she had to push the wedding up because her fiancee was being deployed to Iraq (he's in the USAF). I had to find a dress FAST and so I ordered by phone to overnight the dress to my house. I called Wednesday, they said they'd ship on Thursday so I'd get it by Friday. I called them Friday since I didn't receive they dress yet. They didn't SEND IT! THen when I called again, they credited the money, but without the shipping.! I had to call again and I was put on hold for at LEAST 10 minutes EVERY time I have called that place! INCOMPETENT! NEVER go to the Carle Place, NY store!
