Davids Bridal sold by personal information

Davids Bridal gave my name, address, phone number, cell phone number, and email address out to numerous vendors. My mailbox is overflowing, I had to disconnect my phone due to 15 to 20 calls a day, my cell phone is being called by mary kay ladies, tux places, and flower people. I wrote 3 letters to the corporate office and they choose to not respond to me.

Worest Bridal Store

I advise you not to even think about entering into this store if your are a bride. They have the worests consultant and if you fall with Nereida F. You will be wating at least 1 to 2 hour to try on the dress. And when you finally do have contact with the conulant, they come with the worest attitude. I had to stick with the same Nereida F. (get out the store if they gave you her). BUYER BE AWARE WITH THE PURCHASE ARE ALL FINAL. Also be aware, that they will add on unnessesary things onto your list. I strongly agree with the other review. I looked at at it before I went to the store but I ignored the review. And look at me now, I had to go throught the worest expereinced in getting my dress and now I'm advising you to take these review serious. I didn't and I regret not doing so. If you do decide to go anyway, stay away from Nereida F., she is one of the worest consulant with the biggest attitude. She needs a consulant herself for that attitude of hers.

The worst bridal store ever

This place is the worst. The service is awful, I was ignored for a good 1/2 hour and given an attitude by the sales help when they actually had to help me. I had to get a bridesmaid's dress and they offered me 2 sizes to try on -- a 2 and an 8, neither of which came close to fitting. I was forced to order the wrong size dress and have it altered. When trying to change my size order the store told me it was "impossible" and the manager refused to return my multitude of messages. I'd rather wear a garbage bag than buy another dress from this poor excuse of a store.

They call once (supposedly) but don't leave messages

The service at this branch is awful. They told us that the dress would probably come in 3-4 wks (not the max 6wks) and they would call us as soon as it came in. We tried calling the store to check on the shipping but they either never answered the phone or put us on hold for so long that we'd hang up. Finally got through and found out the dress came in 10 days before but no one called us to let us know. Their alterations take 3-4 wks but if you need your dress sooner (say b/c they wasted a week b/c they never called you) they charge an extra $25 for a "rush". The manager of the store said that one attempt to call was made but no message was left and that they only have the manpower to make one call anyway, not two - WOULDN"T IT BE SMART TO LEAVE A MSG THEN??! Btw, it's at least $45 to take up the hem and more if you need seams taken in.
