WORST. STORE. EVER.

No, I would not go back!

Had a call with someone to get a quote on repair, and was soo appalled with the service I am writing this. Never done it before. Check out what YELP has to say about them as well. Turns out (after googling) this store, I've been to in person several years ago, and had a similar violent reaction to it. Incredibly unhelpful and patronizing. And will try to rip you off. It is the closest thing to a music store tourist trap. Wanted me to pay 60$ non refundable down payment for a 'tech' to give me a quote on repairing a 150lb rhodes suitcase piano, only if I brought it in. I asked direct questions on specific repair items, and he said I needed to talk to the tech, but couldn't unless I paid 60, and it likely would cover the whole cost of repair, but of course he wouldn't guarantee that. So I asked him what that would cover. No direct response. Totally worthless and trying to rip you off.

No, I would not go back!

Avoid this place at all cost. Do not deal with these people. I took a valuable synth in for repair, after months with NO response from the store I went in and they said it couldn't be fixed. Trusting their expertise I sold it to them for a song. They next month the synth is operational and for sale. Go to Main Drag.
