I had a TERRIBLE experience with edressme.com. They have a 20% restocking fee on all merchandise returns except for 1 item. I ordered 3 dresses that all looked terrible on me. When I emailed the company for a return authorization number, they set me two emails. One of which notified me that I would be charged a 20% restocking fee. The dresses were $150 each. That’s $60! Nowhere throughout the order process do they alert you that they you will be subjected to the 20% restocking fee. “If they really wanted to be honest with people, there would be a step somewhere in the order process that says, “You have more than 1 item in your shopping cart. Please note that all items, except for 1, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.” This company’s business model is to take advantage of people. The most ridiculous part of this is that if I had ordered all 3 dresses separately, in three separate orders, which by the way means much more work on their end with packaging and shipping each order separately, I could have avoided the restocking fees! What a ridiculous business model. This business wants to do nothing more than take advantage of people. I learned the hard way. To try 3 dresses on, It cost me $74!!! ($60 in restocking fee + $15 return shipping). I will never do business with edressme.com again!

Awful Awful!! When ordering bridesmaids dresses we called about sizing. I told them the girls usually all wear a size 6. She said this designer dress runs small and to definitely go by the web sites measurements. The measurements said to order a size 12! We ordered a 10 and it was at least 2 sizes too big. It fell off the girls with the zipper up! There response was basically I will get back to you, which they never did. To call them, you are on hold for over an hour. Don't order anything from them. The small amount you save you will spend in alterations. Also, the color and the material were different than in the store. They probably are selling knock offs. Customer service is a joke!
