I worked with Emily Thompson for my wedding flowers (bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages, medium size arrangements and bud vases and cake blooms). The flowers were absolutely incredible, but on the day of the wedding they screwed up the delivery of the personal arrangements less than an hour before our pictures were supposed to start! We were missing several boutonnieres and corsages in our hotel delivery, and when my sister called the shop, they said they got delivered to our venue (which was not once discussed or planned). Luckily our hotel was close to the venue and we were able to get them in time for pictures, but it made the morning unnecessarily hectic and it was hard to feel excited and happy in my "getting ready" photos when we were on the phone with the florist. The worst part is that they never offered an apology of any kind after the delivery incident! I get it, mistakes can happen, but not hearing a single word of apology after it happened really only added insult to injury. Maybe I didn't have an astronomical budget for flowers like some of their customers undoubtedly do, but when you pay top dollar for flowers you should get customer service to match. Yes, the flowers were awesome, but they ultimately weren't worth it when accompanied by glaring unprofessionalism. There are tons of other vendors out there with great flowers, great customer service, and a better price point - spend your money elsewhere.

Ms. Thompson did the flowers for my wedding and out of all the expectations I had for this day, Ms. Thompson's exquisite creations and sublime service far exceeded anything I could wish for.
