they hung up on me twice - not interested in customers!

  • No, I would not go back!

Tried 4 times to order shoes. Sent 3 emails enquiring. Not one response to emails. When I called he was in such a hurry that he hung up on me. I called again and again the store rep said goodbye after I barely got my question out and he hung up on me midsentence. If you don't want any phone calls why list your number? I don't think Eric wants to hear from his customers! I Will not order from someone that cannot even listen to my order over the phone even after I have called twice on my own nickel, would rather go barefoot.

  • If it's helpful to compare one place to another, go for it.
  • Come up with clever, funny, pithy subject lines, and write in the first person.
  • Don't forget to read the user rating guidelines and rules.
