Dismissive and rude customer service

format has beautiful furniture, but the poorest customer service i have ever encountered in new york city. after i put down the deposit for my purchase, the staff was consistently rude and abrupt on the phone, never once providing me an update on its expected delivery date or attempting to be accommodating while arranging for its delivery (and this is after i patiently waited 4 months for my furniture to arrive!). i will never purchase anything here ever again purely because of this store's pompous attitude towards their clients.
