Yes, I would go back!

OMG!!!! this place had so many costume I felt so excited looking through the aisle and the staff was very helpfull, this is my new and only costume shop for halloween.

Stinks. Literally.

No, I would not go back!

We ordered our costumes online and when they arrived they smelled horrible! One of them is completely wrong and the others all need to be aired out before they can possibly be worn. We were also promised the "free shipping". When I called to let them know my shipping code wasn't working online I was told it would be manually entered. Well... it wasn't. They charged me for shipping. Maybe I should charge them for drycleaning.

Order took 2.5 Months - STILL WRONG!!!

No, I would not go back!

My experience with FrankBee was HORRIFIC! I purchased shoes for my daughter in early October. I received the wrong size, wrong color, and wrong style. I called immediately and they said they would ship out the correct order right away. However, the order never arrived. So after several unreturned emails and phone calls, I reached them and a service rep said they would send them out - in two weeks! Eventually, I rec'd the order, but once again it was dead wrong (despite both orders having the right shoes listed on the invoice). This time, they weren't even the correct Brand! I reached someone today and they said they'd send me a return postage label. The rep gave me a half-hearted apology, saying that they don't do many sales of that product. So now, over 2 mos. after my original purchase, I still do not have the shoes, none of my msgs were returned, and I have not even received the return label. Frank Bee showed absolutely no desire to get this order right. Customer service was rude, incompetent, and unprofessional. DEAL WITH FRANK BEE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Frank Bee ruined our Christmas production.

No, I would not go back!

I placed an order for my church by mail with check, check was sent 9-21-08, check cleared bank 10-03-08. Company contacted me by phone stating that 4 costumes were in stock 1 was not. I asked that they send the 4 that they had and send the 5th when they got it in stock. Our program was scheduled for 12-21-08 , after several attempts I still have not received the 5th costume. I will be sending other 4 costumes back for a full refund including shipping and handling.

No, I would not go back!

Told a costume hadnt been released by manufacturer only to find out it was stocked in other shops, given the run around for 2 months. Quoted different prices ranging fom $169 on the website to $189 over the phone when i pretended to be different people. If the word "guarantee" is ever used by a member of this establishment, please do not believe them. I hope future customer's Halloweens are not ruined like Frank Bee's have done so to mine.
