Nice looking store.. but beware of owner

We have always found Global Table's quaint store and their products interesting. However, we had a very unpleasant experience with the "owner" working at the store. It started when my girlfriend asked to have her purchase gift wrapped. Unfortunately the gift was wrapped horribly.. ( at best like it was wrapped by a kindergartener, at worst like tuna from the fishmarket ). My girlfriend didn't like it and requested a re-wrap. The owner replied apathetically that it was their "signature wrap" and was not going budge on re-wrapping. When my girlfriend offered to re-wrap it herself, the owner became increasingly more confrontational and insisted that my girlfriend leave the store. Hysterical, the owner makes a scene by trying to call the police! Just ridiculous! Lady, if you find it difficult handling customers with courtesy and professionalism, why not hire someone who can do the job?
